**Q: Do you have to rise the clothes**
A: Yes you have to rinse the clothes.  After draining the wash water you then refill with clean water and put the clothes through another cycle.  Drain and then Spin them,

**Q: does it have warranty?**
A: Yes, we provide one full year warranty for this product.

**Q: Is it supposed to drain automatically, I don't understand how to get the water out-I switched the gear to drain and nothing happened?**
A: The short hose needs to be laid down lower than the level of water.  It drains by gravity, not a water pump.  I personally place the machine on a waterproof box a little higher than the toilet, and let the water drain into that.  Yes, it's a pain in the a**, but it still is Better than washing clothes in the sink.
