It comes in multiple pieces that are hard to put together.After putting this hope together and removing the tab, it did not work. We replaced batteries 3 times with new batteries, we took it apart and put it back together multiple times. The hoop does not work.It does look nice. But again this thing is heavy... and doesn’t work. At least ours doesn’t.Contacted customer support and asked for photos of the hoop not working.
