Kitten did not recognize a bottle as a food source, so I dropped formula into her mouth. As she got older, she sucked milk out of dropper. At first, she didn't need much. As she got older, I had to reload the dropper several times. Benefit is that you don't need to clean them, so no worry about bacteria build-up. You can try making milk-sop, which is bread soaked in formula. I have raised squirrels with that, they just suck the formula out of the milk. Kitten would not do that. **Q: no vacuum seal under the lid? The lid is loose, how can this be good for 2 more years?
