Overall it is flawed but looks good. From a distance away it looks fine and you wouldn't be able to tell that it is a cheap knockoff of the Suzuki GSX-R seat cowl. Up close the coloring is off a little bit, I went with the matte finish, but maybe the gloss finish is closer. Not sure. The pattern is off a little bit and the seat cowl is not perfectly aligned. The left side does sit higher than the right side instead of sitting flush. In summary this seat cowl is not bad for $30. It definitely is not of OEM quality which is priced around between $205 - $390 depending upon where you are buying it from. If you are looking for a cheap alternative to the OEM seat cowl or you are looking for a cheap spare to your OEM seat cowl this will work great.
