I learned this a fairly common problem with Camaros because the blend door actuator is putting out too much power when moving the blend door which snaps the corner of this plastic piece.I brought my Camaro to 2 different mechanics who told me it could cost around $2-3k to remove my windshield and go in thru the top of my dash to replace this piece. I knew there had to be another way so I found a YouTube tutorial by 737mechanic showing every step taken to replace this piece with just a few tools and a couple hours of your time.
