Las sensaciones efectivamente son muy similares a las producidas por la creatina. Plenitud y congestión a la hora de entrenar y un nivel de recuperación mayor, sufriendo menos los estrenamientos duros y percibiendo una recuperación mucho más rápida y efectiva.La sensación de ganancia muscular no es muy alta aunque sí perceptible y da la sensación (aquí hablamos de sensaciones) de que es más limpia que la generada por la creatina, con menos retención de líquidos. Aquí sí que tengo que decir que me controlo con una báscula que da %de grasa y de agua y no ha variado desde su ingesta. La diferencia de peso de la mañana a la noche tampoco varía sustancialmente así que no parece que retenga líquidos en exceso.En definitiva, me parece un excelente complemento para los períodos de descanso que le queramos dar a la creatina y, aunque no lo he probado en conjunción con la misma, creo que se potenciarían mutuamente pudiendo obtener resultados extraordinarios.
