The pillow is too flat for me! So I subtracted a star. If it's too full, it's easy enough to take the filling out.I love the pillow otherwise. The cover is well made. It looks sturdy. I plan on taking this pillow everywhere, so hopefully it's easy to clean.UPDATE:The company reached out to me and sent me some extra filling.
