I had a bit of trouble with the software (console) that was provided on the thumb drive, but was able to download a working copy for my Windows 10 Pro system from their web site. The working console is quite different from the pictured images on their web site, but it appears that all functions are there and are easily worked. There was an update to the system that I was able to access through the console, and I've been able to do some etching on pieces of wood I've had on hand. It will take some time to get fully acquainted with the speed and laser power to do the full range of work I have planned, but everything points to a very workable laser etching system. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent machine for price *by T***T on September 10, 2018* Very simple to set up.
