These fit pretty true to size, so if you're in between sizes at all, I'd recommend going a size up, not down. The shoe itself is comfortable, however, the lip at the back rubs a bit. Not sure if that will go away the more they're worn, or if you'd have to wear a longer sock (which is the opposite of what I'd want with this shoe).
