She says this really has helped! It doesn’t help eliminate the nightmares, but she says it helps her get to sleep and stay asleep. The 20# version is too much to go in the washer according to the description and instructions so she bought a cover almost immediately. Thank goodness she did, because the dog puked on it a few nights later. But this is the best price we’ve found on weighted blankets without a cover.
