Battery life is very good, particularly of the case. I’ve had them for several months and only had to recharge the case three times. For good noise cancelling and base volume they need to be carefully but firmly inserted in the ear otherwise it’s mainly mid and treble that comes through. I find pushing and rotating into position works for me and once in they remain in place for most activities which makes them really practical. Bluetooth range is good-I can swim (head above water surface) about 20m before signal break. Usability is excellent and sound quality is generally good. Noise cancelling seems mainly passive and dependant on the fit which needs practice. I listen in bed and in the dark the pulsing lights can be distracting if trying to sleep but it does help to show others you are out of audible contact! It might be nice to have an option to turn the lights off. Impressed with the ease of use, sound quality in comparison with other “high” brand devices (I have expensive Bose active noise cancelling wired earbuds that are better at noise cancelling in aircraft), battery duration, portability and for the value. ### ⭐ Worst earphone purchased ever... *by S***H on 15 May 2019* Although the product design good great but it's bluetooth signal with phones or laptops is not very good. I used it for a few days when the right side earphone stopped working. I requested for a replacement which was sent promptly but it had the same problem. Hence it's a total waste of money.After my 3rd attempt to reach then and complain about the product they have finally agreed to refund the amount back to my account. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Poor audio quality *by R***I on 26 March 2019* Poor audio quality.
