A: Yes it is alli and coloured through

**Q: This is not suitable for carpet stairs right?**
A: No it's not suitable for carpet stairs

**Q: Hi would these be weather resistant to use on tiled stairs outside**
A: I have used it on a shed, It is metal with an adhesive back, so we screwed ours down. I don't know how weather proof it would be on tiles

**Q: can this be used for an exterior step and door?**
A: I would think do as its not metal
