Original net had tabs that met at each spring. This one has holes for weaving the rope through. This holds the net closer to the mat. Not sure if the holes will end up growing over time or keep as they are. But for the price and availability, I am ok with that. Net is strong and has reasonable stretch. Had to put holes in the top strap because I have bolted pole caps, but that wasn't hard. Be sure to use the clips over the zipper to prevent accidental opening of the zipper. Review: Difficult to find but fits - This net was literally the only one I could find to fit our trampoline. I searched everywhere for 3 months. It was difficult to put up on an already constructed trampoline (this was a replacement) if doing it by yourself.
