There are things that you just couldn’t cook any other way. I can drop some cheese in the dry pan, crack an egg over it, and once it’s began cooking I can actually shake it free and slide it around in the pan without a utensil. The coating is very durable, though I caught my son trying to cut some fried eggs apart with a serrated butter knife (yeah, I know… it hurts me to think about).
