Fortunately I had looked here first on Amazon, so I politely refused their offer and ordered this one online. It took a few days to arrive, but only took a couple minutes to install. After opening, you first need to gently rip out any remaining key pads, then just place the rubber insert on top and close it up. Tested and all works perfectly every time. It does show how you can save a fortune just by doing a little research and not accepting rip off offers from service suppliers for something that can be fixed so easily. One tidbit of advice.
