Delivered promptly, in a thick polystyrene box to ensure they remained chilled.Good value for money tho storage may be a problem unless you have a separate freezer.Very pleased with purchase.

    OXTAIL PACK

Oxtail normally comprises of pieces meat and bones joined together by ligament to form the natural oxtail. The oxtail pack received however consisted of small pieces sliced from the natural pieces of oxtail. Some natural pieces of oxtail were sliced into three or four pieces and each piece was presented as an oxtail. A pack of oxtail received containing four slices of oxtail in actual fact came from one natural piece naturally existed in the oxtail. In total there were about four packs of oxtail I received and these in fact came from only three pieces of bone and meat which occurred naturally in the oxtail. The price of more than £59 I paid for the oxtail I received was too high compared to £4 to £5 I normally paid for oxtail I buy from Supermarket where the natural pieces of oxtail were NOT sliced into smaller pieces and as a result I usually get four to five pieces of oxtail for £4 to £5. The picture of the oxtail is misleading and I would strongly advise customers not to rely on it by purchasing the oxtail. I WOULD NEVER ORDER THIS ITEM EVER AGAIN.
