A: Craftsman will replace it if its defective. If its older, flex seal liquid or glue.

Thanks for your question! You can order by calling Carroll Parts at 1-800-654-3545. If it’s the utility nozzle with the wide mouth, the part number is CMXZVBE38676 which should be included in the package of your vac. This nozzle will work with different floors.
