The quality of the leather is good as is the lining and stitching. The weight is a little heavy (in a good way, not too bulky). It arrived on-time.I originally ordered a size small because I was between sizes (bigger than XS by ~1/2" in the chest) and didn't want the jacket to be too tight to wear a sweater underneath. The small was definitely too big for me so I returned and reordered an extra small which fits well. I would still say the jacket is true to size, but if you are on the border between sizes per their size chart get the smaller one.I also like that the extra small is also fairly short in body and arm length. I am 5'2" and the sleeves are only slightly long (hit just above my knuckles) compared to many clothes in my size that are too long by inches. This is excellent for me, but may be something to watch out for if you are taller, but wear a small size. I didn't compare the small and extra small jackets side by side, but I think the small was somewhat longer overall so the lengths probably scale up as size increases.The return was very easy. Repacked the jacket in the original bags, ran into the UPS store, and they scanned the code off my phone and printed the pre-generated label based.
