Primed w Rustolium “rusty-metal primer” from HD on everything but the heads. Used KMS hi-temp (gray) primer on the heads and exhaust manifolds. Will paint the heads w the blue and hope they do not discolor due to exhaust ports are part of exhaust system on my ‘62 Pontiac Grand Prix # matching 389 4bbl. Will leave exhaust manifolds the primer gray color. No paint. Won’t know how it lasts until the car is back on the road for a year. So far, great product. Cleans up w acetone, or lacquer thinner. Key: stir often!
