Bought this brand to start an enzyme replacement therapy—needed high doses and didn’t want to skimp out. Getting ready to try another brand and experiment with DIYing my own with ferments and whole foods… but I can tell you that these worked SO WELL. I often only took one with each meal because they are indeed *pricey*(but contain more active ingredients than competitors), but taking two definitely showed even further improvement.
