I wasn't too sure if this product would be a good buy or not but so far I am happy with it's performance. It's a sterilzer so, for anyone wondering..you MUST clean your menstrual cup thoroughly with soap and water before placing it in here. I know, seems like common sense but someone is going to put a dirty cup in this thing and them complain that it doesn't work. I have had it for several months and initially I thought the button was stuck. After you push it, it heats up quickly, under a minute and runs for 3 minutes give or take. The light will then turn off but the button does not pop out until the unit has cooled down enough to be used again. The only downside is the water indicator marks on the lid were very hard to see so I just outlined them with a sharpie. Not enough of an issue for me to dock a star. Overall if you are tired of pulling out the dedicated pot to boil your cup on the stove each month, then consider this little set. I have not used the microwave folding cup sterilizer or the smaller sized cupbthat came in the set. I plan to give those to my niece when she is ready to try this as an alternative to pads. The larger size 2 cup is great. I tried many brands before settling on Anytime cups a few years ago. My first cup lasted 2 yrs before the stem finally got a crack in it. I currently have about 5 anytime cups that I rotate through and none of them have given me any issues. It worked maybe for five months and then the button stopped working. But the cup!! Now that is useful. I finally retired my Diva cup and stumbled upon this cup. (I only purchased this set for the steamer). I figured instead of buying a new cup I’ll give this one a try and I am in love. I’ve been using my diva cup for about two years now but it gave me trouble the entire time. Whether it was leaking or the placement was off. Something was always wrong. But this! The large size especially. No leaks no issues. It just pops into place making insertion an ease. But because the top portion is so wide it can be a little troublesome to take out. Kind of have to work slowly there. But it’s so nice and easy. And I am very happy I got something useful out of this purchase! The stems are uncomfortable though, so I recommend cutting them down if you need to. I have my own cups, so I don't use them. The sterilizer does what I need it to do. I know that there's typos on the box, but if you just want something affordable that'll do its job, just buy it. I haven't used the microwave cup holder because I haven't needed it, but it would be useful for a vacation.
