It is super slim and the buttons are easy to press. You can still see through the back, but it is "frosted" I guess so it isn't a perfectly clear case, but you can still see the Apple logo! The back is matte and fingerprints are virtually non existent. And the design is slightly raised so it gives he back a bit of a grip. It’s elegant and simple. I seriously love the design. However I am returning it for a couple reasons. First, the edges are really sharp. Like it needs to be sanded smooth because they would snag on my finger almost and it just wasn’t a comfortable feeling. The case is really slick. So I felt like I had to have a death grip on it or it would slip out of my hand. And lastly the case does not rise above the screen so if it fell face first it would not protect the glass whatsoever. And maybe that’s my fault for not thoroughly reading the description if it mentions that. I’m so bummed! As stated in the description the back is a matte finish therefore it is not completely clear. I like the look of it as my shiny silver phone now appears matte gray. The black design detailing is subtle and elegant. The front and back sides of the case are raised for better protection however the back sides are slightly sharp. Not cut your hand sharp but not exactly comfortable either. I am hoping they will wear down a bit with time. Not an issue for me but something to be aware of is the significant raised camera protection on this case. If your phone is on its back and you are typing it is going to bounce a bit. In the description and pictures I missed that the buttons are red. I would have preferred another color but they do not stand out so much to be obnoxious.
