So, I have really bad cramping and bloating during my period. Midol did nothing and Pamprin seemed to make my cramps worse at times. I took Premsyn and within 15 minutes of feeling a cramp -- it was gone! This stuff is amazing. This product is a life saver, and I'm not just talking about my own. Sometimes when people are getting on my last good nerve and I'm just feeling super edgy, one of these is all I need to take that edge off and give a little grace and patience to the situation. I'm long past PMS, and I used this product during that time as well. But even in Menopause and beyond this product can be a godsend. I also use it occasionally to give me a nudge to go back to sleep if I wake up at 4 am or any time I don't want to take something that will have me oversleep.
