The weight of one overlay is only 60 g (0.12 lb). It is possible to store the overlays together with the original insert but the box lid does not close flush by 7 mm. The overlays do not require assembly and ready to use out of box. Just peel off the protective film and place the overlay over the mat. This overlay has no backboard. The overlay has no adhesive.
