Is it silk?** A: As of June 2017 the vendor is listing the fabric as "100% Viscose". Viscose is a type of rayon made from cellulose. It can have the "feel" of silk and pashmina, but it does not contain any wool at all. I confirmed this with the vendor's customer service on June 12, 2017 because my wife is allergic to wool, and the product comes with a sewn on tag stating "100% Pashmina". This is a good product which my wife likes, but the shawl is not made with Pashmina. It simply "feels like" pashmina. **Q: how do the brown and wheat colors compare? They look the same in the pictures. Is one darker?** A: Mine is actually a muted blue with tan. Maybe the pics are deceiving. But it is an absolutely beautiful shawl. They were the eggplant. Pumpkin, Green and Gokd, and Mocha. Each one was lovely with such pretty colors and very soft. My mother and sister wear theirs wrapped and draped more like long scarves while a close friend wears hers as a shawl.
