The length for all the bands is also very wide so the resistance is limited. The reviews also included different colored bands which were red, black, and pink which is VERY MISLEADING. Upon arrival, the pink band is EXTREMELY loose and provides NO resistance. The gray and aqua bands are okay. I believe I was mislead to thinking that the bands would be of differing lengths based upon the reviews and photos. It is also unfair that 1 band, the pink band is essentially useless due to it having no resistance and being too wide. I thought the product would be different based on other reviews but my expectations were not met.*Updated: I reached out to their customer service due to the problem as stated above and their customer service was phenomenal. I would now rate 5 out of 5 for their customer service that went above and beyond. I look forward to purchasing a different product in the future when it is back in stock.
