Both are very nice and simple to use. I am connecting to a high-quality audio system and speakers through an Android phone. The Ultra has noticeably better audio quality and uses a better DAC than the plus, though it is not the absolute top of the line. It has the added bonus that you can connect using the LDAC codec, which offers the highest quality Bluetooth streaming available. If you are streaming Hi-Res music this is the way to go. Unfortunately, this not available on Apple devices, where you are stuck with AAC. In that case you might go with the B06 plus.
