The heart rate monitor works well but I don't know if its accurate or not.**EDIT** It only monitors sleep from 11pm onwards. It clocked me as doing over 200 steps whilst I sat and ate my lunch today and claimed I did in excess of 13,000 yesterday when I barely left the house and spent the day doing housework. It does make me more aware of what exercise I'm doing however, and for the price it's a nice item.Update: After a few more days, I have decided to return.
