Wish I had an answer, but at least I'm not THAT guy. **Q: How many RPMs will the motor run before the torque drops in half?** A: The torque is highest at a slow 10 RPM. The torque drops linearly at the RPM increase. It starts to skip pulses because of low torque at about 200 RPM. I had to add a 100 tooth to 36 tooth xml timing pulleys to increase the torque. **Q: Where can I get a gear that works with this 10mm shaft? Most of those I've seen are in standard, not metric units.** A: I've had luck finding pulleys on EBay. I'm not sure about gears but it would be worth a shot if you haven't already looked. Also you could buy something to fit on a 3/8in shaft and drill it out to 10mm. **Q: What is the maximum power output in Watts?
