**Q: do you have assembly instructions? i cant get the pole to fit into the base, not sure if i'm missing a part.**
A: Screw it in.

**Q: Is it waterproof? Looking to leave it out during the day.**
A: Not completely waterproof but not terrible either.  Have left one outside it got a bit wet/had some condensation build up. Might just need to replace it after a day of rain. 
We started laminating the sign we had in it and that has worked great.

This is a fine notice display stand. Sturdy and practical. I found it quite easy to assemble with a ‘grab’ within the frame to hold the desired notice. The round base should’ve filled with water, definitely adding to its sturdiness. I will buy from this company again, as the need arises.
