Some of the honeys I have bought are creamy and some are clear. This one is clear, but not overly runny and has a nice mouth feel to it. The consistency is a lot like the sourwood and galberry honey I have tried, although the flavors are all different. Can you tell I eat honey by the spoon? I do, and I also love it over coconut yogurt (I'm dairy intolerant).
