Nice color, easy to put together, well enough made for a little girl. However...Received it out of the box with a broken drawer. That itself is not a big deal, but when contacting support for a replacement Drawer, immediately they sent out a whole new unit. Seems a little excessive.Still not that big a deal, except we have to return a whole unit. They sent a return slip, but we need to get to a UPS store to ship. This is a 70+ lbs box that is about 4.5 feet long 2.5 feet high and 2.5 wide. Awkward to say the least. So we call UPS to pickup and find out we have to pay an additional $11 to have them pick it up.This is quite a hassle and costs us more money.If it was not for this ridiculous replacement process, if they had just sent a drawer instead of the entire package, if they had sent return postage fully paid. The item came cracked, which is disappointing for the price we paid. The box is fully stuffed with protective foam/snow so the crack and scuff had to be before it was packed. Too much work to have to put it all back in a hug box and ship back.
