**Q: do anybody have experience with this sub do these sub hit hard and also what amplifer will i need to drive 4 of these beast**
A: Yea they hit hard .am using a rockford  fosgate  punch 1000 x2

**Q: Is this speaker good for midbass**
A: No, it works for mid range of music in general. It does not travel far enough for bass. I have one in a cabinet with a horn and 15". You will need a crossover to eliminate bass going to it.
