I have many rulers** A: There are 15 larger rings, and 15 smaller dots (one inside each ring.) all of these can be used on the back of the ruler. You'll want about 10 of the larger rings for a 6x24 inch ruler. You can also mix and match, and use 6 larger rings around the edges of the ruler and 5-8 of the smaller dots in the center. Smaller rulers don't need as grips. **Q: can I easily move my ruler on the fabric to position it correctly, when NOT applying pressure?** A: Yes, it does move easily without pressure. It does occasionally catch on an edge of the fabric but that is to be expected since it is on the bottom of the ruler. **Q: do they leave the ruler tacky if you want to remove them from the ruler ?** A: I haven't removed them from the ruler. I'me very happy with them as my ruler doesn't slide anymore. But if you did remove them and they left tacky spots, I would try some rubbing alcohol to remove the leftover adhesive. **Q: How come the box says there are 30 in it and you only ship 15?** A: The Amazon item description says you get 15 per package.
