They have both come running over, book in hand, to show me something new they found. And there is so much to see in each page that it will be great with new words for my younger one. I love that they are flip tabs only and not the frustrating sliding tabs other books have. The tabs are not super thick so I’m sure a few will get ripped off, but this happens to almost all our flip books over time and it’s better than some. The book did not disappoint. An adult may need to prep the book by opening up the flaps when it first arrives as they are snug. Once used a few times the book is ready to go for your child. I love the detail of the illustrations and stories. It reminds me of the busy world of Richard Scary but in a more practical, modern setting. We can look under the flaps and point out objects to work on vocabulary. Each flap has a nice story so it will last a few years as it will be great for a child learning to read too. Overall it’s a good investment and value.
