It has definitely helped him. I've noticed that he is doing better at staying asleep now. I got into his side of the bed once to test it out, and wow, it feels great. So comforting. I wanted to stay and fall asleep... It doesn't slip off the bed at all. The colors are nice -- I got the teal/grey one. I haven't yet washed it, so I can't speak to that. I'm really glad I found it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Does not cure sleeplessness; but it does help with it. *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2018* I purchased this particular blanket because it had color options. I didn’t want a plain gray one.The first night I slept like a rock. Didn’t move once. It’s been over two months since I have been sleeping with the blanket, and although I sleep better, it was nothing like the first night. My body has gotten used to the feeling of a weighted blanket. For people looking for a cure for sleeplessness, this is not it. However, it does help a little with sleep problems. Just bear in mind that you may build up a tolerance for the weight. My suggestion is to maybe buy a heavier weight than you think you need.If I could do this again, I would also have bought a bigger size.Overall, I recommened this as an assistant to helping you sleep better. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Too heavy..Too hot.. *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2018* The blanket is too heavy for me and I went by the weight they suggested. The blanket is also too hot for me to sleep. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/93178258-chanasya-egyptian-cotton-reversible-weighted-blanket-for-adult-grey-teal](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/93178258-chanasya-egyptian-cotton-reversible-weighted-blanket-for-adult-grey-teal) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
