The company has tried to resolve the issue but the time and language gap has made this very difficult and time consuming. The product seems to be good quality we just can not get past the base (3 3/16") and the faucet (3") not fitting and allowing water to get in between base and faucet.Update - We did receive the proper base. The new base was 2 1/2" so the faucet covers it. Looking forward to getting it installed and seeing the finished product.
