I was practicing muscle ups in the box when I could feel my hands starting to hurt quite badly, stopped to have a look and I had really ripped my hand from the friction. After letting them heal a friend suggested some grips help save my hands on the bar.After a lot of research( it’s what I do) I found the picsil grips and I haven’t looked back my hands have been saved, a little stiff at the start but that’s like me in the morning so after using them for a couple of sessions they soon become more supple. With a little chalk they help me grip the pull up bar, barbell even kettlebells so much better without ripping my hands apart.If you haven’t tried them yet what are you waiting for, awesome product, awesome price ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too much protection, does not feel too malleable. *by H***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 October 2020* Was looking for some nice gloves as I kept ripping my hands from doing pull-ups.I have to say that I chose an M as that is normally my clothing size and the gloves seemed tighter and slightly smaller. When your hands are on the bar, the thick layer of the gloves sticks into the skin and it hurts my fingers by putting pressure on them. I'd like to have a thinner layer with medium safety for ripping the hands instead of having a thicker layer that offers more protection, but less mobility.It's a good glove, but it will depend on what you are trying to do with it. I have tried so many grips and my hands where still always hurting or I couldn't hold on to the bar without sliding. I decided to give these a chance. They feel very stiff at first so I wasn't expecting them to be comfortable BUT they are! They adapt to the curve of your hand around the bar and are nicely grippy. I can hold on much longer and my hands do not hurt!
