For children, watching this would be good for any oldest child who resented the arrival of a sibling. All the feelings that a child goes through of being displaced by the new baby are on display, as well as a resolution to that problem. For parents, it is a reminder to not focus on one child to the expense of the others. But for people who focus too much on their job, they might see themselves in boss baby. It is a wonderful spoof on the preoccupations of the businessman. So this would be good for any adult who thinks only of their work life and career and is missing LIFE. You probably wouldn't be able to get this last category of adults to watch this movie unless you tied them to a chair in front of it.
