The meat was fantastic quality and delicious, I think I'll use it for more ingredients. Review: Good buy so far.... - I work in professional Kitchens so, i get to touch and use things like thermomix,vitamix etc... on a daily basis,we understand when things are solid and efficient. The Andmade Sous Vide is solid and easy to use,i did a simple test with eggs,it took 5 minutes to reach 63 degrees,i also used a probe as an extra reference to check the temperature of the water,so i can say that it's not just very fast but also very accurate when it comes to temperature. The eggs were cooked to perfection in 75 minutes,just as a Rational would do using it's own steamer in a professional Kitchen. Personally i am not interested in the WIFI app,but it's there and it could be useful,who knows... You can switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit and there's a built in timer which is of course very important. I've just bought this item and i hope it's gonna last and pass the test of durability also...time will tell So far i've a great feel about it. Don't buy this one! *by V***R on 16 April 2019* The first one stopped functioning after 2 months of 2-3 times usage. Then I've got a 99% coupon discount from the supplier, paid 10£ for packing and transportation costs and re-ordered. The second one stopped functioning after 2 times of usage. I wanted my money back, but the supplier declined this. No other reliable model they can offer. And again I've got from the supplier a 99% coupon discount and paid 10£. The third unit worked one time only. The supplier declined to get it to repair or return 100% money. Finally, I've got 60£. So I have nice 3pcs units, looks like working, but the heater is not functioning on all of them. Bad quality product and not recommended supplier.
