Fine product, looks good.There was a problem with the materials in my second boot. Thefirst time I bought this it lasted 3 years. As soon as the supplierwas made aware of the problem, they fired off a replacement to me.Very impressive. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely good for the price! (Honda Civic SI 2008) *by B***U on August 19, 2019* Presentation:This was shipped in a plastic envelope with a receipt. I would have liked this to come in an actual package but hey, for the price at the time of writing, it was WAY cheaper than most items out there.Quality:I compared the old shift boot to the new one. The OEM shift boot had a much softer leather, similar to soft upholstery leather I bought at a fabric store. It was also much thinner than this aftermarket leather. After installation, however, I preferred the thicker leather because it actually holds its shape better. The stitching itself looks a bit loose where you can stick maybe a flathead screwdriver under it but again, it's not an issue considering the price. Also, you won't be able to see it when you install it. It's hardly noticeable.Installation:Here is why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I was thinking that as soon as I get it, I can just replace it. No adjustment needed. However, I noticed that this shift boot is so long that when you try to just line it up with the plastic trim, it stars folding in itself and it looks extremely awkward and difficult to install. So, I cut the shift boot vertically near the screw points so that I could line it up perfectly without it wrinkling up and folding into itself so it maintained its shape like a shift boot should. I think this could have been mitigated by making the shift boot shorter. However, again, for this amount of money, I'm not mad it wasn't perfect.Conclusion:It's a shift boot I'd buy again. It has its minor issues but hey, for at most, $7 shipped (at the time of writing), I can't complain. I only mentioned its flaws because I want the next buyer to know what to expect.
