I removed the resistor from the low speed switch and wired these in with the high speed switch. The knob on these have a click/off position which is perfect. I noted that although during the day you can't see it, at night you can see there is a red LED on the board which glows through the plastic housing of the bunk fan but it is not annoying at all.
