I have one in my downstairs toilet (which has been perfect). I have one above my bathroom sink and one in the shower.The first one in the shower I broke by probably putting too much cleaning solution on the tiles above so eventually it fell down and broke. The second one I have had up a few months but a few days ago one of the hooks came off. Fingers crossed it’s third time lucky. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Backing failed! *UPDATE* *by P***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 12 January 2020* Arrived on 5 Jan 2020. We like the product but the sticky back fixing method needs serious rectification. Arrived okay, ensured the tile in the shower where it would be located was totally clean and dry. Measured up, fitted the sticky backing, used a ruler blade to remove any air bubbles and then left it to set for 24 hours. After 24 hours fitted the caddy to the lugs and added 1 x shampoo (Dove) and 2 x shower gel circa 250mm plastic bottles, today 12 Jan the sticky backing is coming away from the tile, not very good at all. I have removed the sticky back from the tile and have sent an email to Addis UK, I await there response. We have a shower caddy with 3 items in it sat on on the floor of the shower tray, perhaps this is where it will remain?Overall if you can get the sticky back stuff to stay stuck to your tile(s) it would be a good product, initial impression, we have wasted our money?*UPDATE* Addis UK kindly sent a replacement sticky pad. This time after fitting I ran a thin bead of clear silicon all around the pad to ensure water could not get behind it. I then left the pad and silicon to cure whilst on a long weekend away from home. 4 weeks on and the pad remains firmly in place and we are pleased with the product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Customer Service Ever *by L***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 27 March 2022* The adhesion pad stays strong and never fall down. The adhesive pad was broken when I removed it rudely in a hurry. I emailed to the customer service and requested to buy the adhesive pad. The next day I got a reply that the replacement pad would be mailed to me free of charge. I received it on the 2nd working days after my email.
