This is definitely not an American 2X, I only ordered this size because I went off the sizing chart which seems to be accurate. I currently am three months postpartum and weigh 170 pounds, I am 5 foot two and the length is good for me. My waist measures at 36 inches and my hips are 45 inches. In standard US clothing right now I wear a size 12 or an extra large bottom.
