There is not a single volume per gallon for "everything". **Q: Should this be used with a surfactant?** A: I wondered the same thing. After discussing with the vendor, was told manufacturer does not require using a surfactant with this product. However, I mixed azoxystrobin with the propiconazole and due to its requirement, I did use a surfactant just to be sure all requirements were met due to total cost of both products. **Q: Product info only says how many oz per1000sq ft.
