I put 1 heaping tablespoon of this in my cup and then pour boiling water over it (helps it to dissolve better) to about 3/4 of the way and then fill it to the top with organic half and half. It’s actually part of a healing program. Carob is very calming to the nervous system. BE SURE you break up the clumps, if you want it to thoroughly dissolve.

Delicious. I use it in my smoothies. No bitter taste like cocoa powder, it’s actually a little sweet and has a bit more fiber. I like to mix some up with peanut butter and my kids say it tastes a little like Nutella. Which is great because it’s only 3 ingredients- peanuts, salt, and carob powder. The powder is really fine, dissolves wonderfully, no issues with it clumping.
