Science is amazing. *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2018* This little speaker box is amazingly loud and clear. It looks nice too but my favorite part about it is the science behind making it work. When electricity flows through wires it creates an electromagnetic field that can get electrons in adjacent wires moving creating an "induced" voltage. This is usually just static noise in electronics, like a side effect of medications. This device takes advantage of it instead of trying to negate it. Is it better than a Bluetooth speaker? maybe not, but it gets 5 stars for coolness, and it should work with devices that are not Bluetooth. I have tried it with several devices and some of them work best with the device lined up with the box and others have to be diagonal in order to get the speaker directly over the induction coil. If it isn't working quite right or there is static noise try moving the device around on the box for the best signal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gave it as a gift to my niece *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2019* She loves it. As people are giving up land line phones vs cellulars. This way, if she leaves her cell phone in her bedroom and goes to the kitchen and it rings, she can hear it and walks to where the cell phone is, and it reminds me of the old very old times where there was on single phone for the entire house (with no extensions), and you had to walk to your phone when it rang. I recommend it for the people who have given up their land line phones. I still like Land Line phones with plenty of handy extensions. When I get home, I turn off my cell phone.Joseph L. For it's size, it produces impressive sound/volume. But something went wrong on the second day. It started picking up and amplifying a lot of distortion and electronic noises which made my music not fun to listen to. It now sits unused on a shelf until I can figure out how to take advantage of the seller's warranty and get a replacement. It needs to be replaced.The distortion/noises show up no matter which phone is used and at every location we've tried. Something has failed in it's circuitry.
