And he was obsessively licking it, making it worse. The vet wanted to give him one of those awful plastic cones -- no, no, no!!!! So, the vet sold me an overpriced onesy made of cheap material which was designed for dogs, not cats. (I'm sure the vendor told them it was for either animal. It's not. The back end, past the rear legs, went on for several inches -- so it got into the litter box mess. Horrible. I had to keep washing it in hot water, which destroyed the fabric.)I finally looked on Amazon and based on all the good reviews, got this one. Oh, what a breath of fresh air. It's cut out where it can be, so he can breath and not be so constricted. It's easy to put on (as much as putting anything on a cat can be "easy") and it is designed perfectly for a cat --- complete tummy coverage, but plenty open enough not to have any litter box accidents. Thank you!And so stylish!My only complaint is that it was not available for 1 day shipping. When you need it, you need it immediately. Maybe it normally is available quickly, but for us, this happened during the big Covid-19 scare, so all shipping is a bit slower than usual.
