DO NOT BUY! *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2019* Well, i bought two of these pieces of crap. so I am out a few bucks, but maybe i can save you some. look at the pictures above. The mats are so thin, they roll up under the wheels of my rolling chair, and create a nice surface to trip over. I had considered taping the mats down with double sided tape, but if the product was made correctly, one wouldn't need to do that. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! look for a thicker plastic that lies flat. I can't think of a single use for this product accept maybe to use it to wrap fish entrails in, and then toss it all in the garbage!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wood Floor Thick PVC 48x36 Chair Mat *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2018* Matt came tightly rolled up, back rolled it and by the next day it was laying flat. I have a large desk and when laying it length wise there was enough room for the chair but not quite wide enough to move around a bit on it. Flipped it the opposite way and surprisingly there is plenty of room. Just have to figure it out by each person and area you want it in. Matt is clear and you can easily see the floor pattern under it. It does NOT shift around which is a big plus. I don't have to worry about a piece of dirt working its way under it and scratching my floors. Very satisfied with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐ No firmness, not as it seems in ad. *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2018* What is received was a thin carpet protector, not a true chair mat. It has zero firmness, and while I have it on a hardwood floor, the chair is still hard to roll across it. This would not work on a carpet floor with a rolling share. The title does mention hard wood floors, but the description mentions carpet. So, in short, for a rolling chair this will only work on hard wood. If one wants to protect a section of carpet, then realize this will give and curve, and bunch up with the carpet (or other soft surface). I did have trouble deciding between one, two, or three stars. The product picture shown is not the correct firmness, it's like folding over a shower curtain, not so uniform plastic they show. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because I'm keeping it for use on my hardwood floor. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/93738875-office-desk-chair-mat-for-hard-wood-floor-thick-pvc](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/93738875-office-desk-chair-mat-for-hard-wood-floor-thick-pvc) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
