Will this bring the body and particularly the wave back ?** A: I used to work at Cosmoprof, a wholesaler of professional beauty products that only sells to licensed hairdressers, and over my time there I got to try pretty much every professional shampoo & conditioner available. Also, I learned a LOT about all different types of hair and what works best for them. Thick, wavy/curly hair tends to be dry and needs more moisture than straight, fine hair. I think this shampoo & condition would NOT do much for your hair type, it won't be moisturizing enough. You should look into the line called "DevaCurl" made specifically for curly hair - everyone that used it said it did wonders to liven up their curly hair. If not, then there are 3 levels of this shampoo & condition from Tigi - this green one is for least damaged hair - I would get the step up from this. It's called "Recovery" & comes in blue. But, try Deva Curl if you can! Keep in mind, my hair is fine, NOT color-treated, straight, and not damaged. This is why this is the level 1 duo - it's for the lowest level in damage (or no damage), if you have damaged, dry or frizzy hair you need to use the blue or the red duo of this series or you'll probably be disappointed. If you have fine hair, then this duo is great for you. It smells amazing and leaves hair super soft. Whenever I switch to a drugstore brand I instantly notice the difference and come back for the TIGI. This is a great price on this product also, the wholesale price you'd be paying if you have a license to do hair. As far as reviewing the actual product itself it's a great duo if you have fine, thin, undamaged hair. PACKAGING UPDATE: Looks like they've fixed their packaging issues... Packaging was great, came in a small box that fit the duo snugly and the caps on each bottle were sealed with plastic (kind of like shrink-wrapped) and then both bottles put in a plastic bag, wrapped tightly and sealed. None of the product spilled. The product itself is genuine.
